ok i am here to report about my recent condition....


i was not as paralysed as i was thinking that i will be...only pain at the arm muscle...at the butt...hahas..and my knees....and waist...hahas...why do i seems to have aches all over...


ok here is a picture what actually happen to my back hand....

not sure if it is clear enough...there is three colours...hahas...white at the wrist due to some bracelet i am always wearing....red due to slight sunburn...and black due to suntan...hahas....

hahas...on the overall i am still okay....
